|---|---|
| Auto-fulfill on Twitch after actions run | Marks a GRiMbot-created redemption fulfilled after the action list finishes if at least one action succeeds. |
| Refund points when finished | Cancels the redemption after the action list finishes if at least one action succeeds, so Twitch returns the viewer's points. |
These choices cannot be on together. Refund wins if conflicting data reaches the server.
Edit, test, and delete
- Click Edit to change a Reward.
- Click Test to run its configured actions with test values.
- Click Delete to remove a GRiMbot-created Reward from Twitch.
Test can cause real side effects. It can post chat, play media, change a Custom Counter, control Spotify, or toggle an overlay object.
Rewards created outside GRiMbot are marked read-only. You can change local Actions and Fulfillment settings. You cannot change Reward or Game settings, and GRiMbot cannot delete the Reward from Twitch.
Check the result
- The list shows the Reward Title, Cost, and status.
- A Reward without a category filter reads Live, Hidden, or Disabled according to its Twitch state.
- A filtered Reward shows its category name in the Active column. Its Twitch visibility changes when the live category changes.
- A viewer redemption runs the saved actions.
- Auto-fulfill or refund changes the redemption status after the action list finishes when at least one action succeeded.
If something fails
- Re-authorize the broadcaster in System → System Status for Twitch permission errors.
- Change a Title or Description rejected by Twitch AutoMod.
- Use a different Title if Twitch reports a duplicate Reward.
- Delete an unused custom Reward on Twitch if the channel has reached Twitch's custom Reward limit.
- Check Connection Status when a plugin action fails.
- Confirm that every required field in the action editor has a value.
- If a category-filtered Reward stays hidden, check the current Twitch category and Enabled on Twitch.
- Handle pending redemptions for outside-created rewards on Twitch.
