MSFS

MSFS Integration is a Twitch chat co-pilot for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024. It can show a route bar, landing scores, and !predict.

Third-party requirements

You need Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024.

You need Little Navmap with Tools → Run Web Server. The default port is 8965. GRiMbot reads the flight plan from that server.

Choose Local if GRiMbot is on the same Windows PC as the sim.

Choose Agent if not. Download MSFS Agent from MSFS Settings. Run start-msfs-agent.bat on the sim PC. Optional pip install SimConnect on that PC supplies full ambient weather and SimVars. Weather always comes from the sim. It does not come from NOAA.

Agent mode uses the same STREAMERBOT_AGENT_TOKEN as the streaming agent.

Overlays

Add MSFS Landing Rate and MSFS Flight Route from Overlay Browser.

Landing Overlay styles the touchdown card. Flight Route Overlay is the airport bar with a plane along the route. Optional blocks include Plane, Server, ETE, ETA, timer, speeds, heading, and nearest.

Landing Predictions turns on !predict and sets Experience Points and green bud Reward for a correct guess. Buds require Games Integration.

Landing History lists past touchdowns and winners.

Chat

Commands include !nearest, !route, !wx or !weather, !ceiling, !speed, !aircraft, !hdg, !dep, !next, !dest, !alt, !ete, !eta, and !time.

Landing commands are !landing or !touchdown, !landings or !landingboard, !predict <fpm> during the leg, !leg, and !pinleg. !pinleg is mods only. It pins the current leg using the Server name from Flight Route Overlay. An example format is PAWS > 27AK : SE Asia Server.

Do not use !speed for truck speed. ATS uses !truckspeed.
