I have streamed full time for almost five years. During that time, I watched my setup grow into too many separate tools. One job needed a dashboard. Another needed a browser source or its own small program. They all demanded attention while I was trying to entertain people.
I created GRiMbot to solve that problem. It gives you one place to prepare your stream and run it live. When the stream is over, your media and commands remain ready. Your layouts and settings will also be waiting for you next time.

One system for the whole stream
Your setup should be ready when you are.
GRiMbot connects the tools that run your stream. A clip from your Media Library can play from a chat command, a channel point reward, or a button on your tablet. Your alerts and other on-screen information share the same overlay. You can add new ideas to your existing setup without adding another program to watch.
Go live
While you are live, you can control the show from GRiMbOS or your Button Box. Viewers can start the actions you prepared through chat commands and channel point rewards. Voice commands give you another hands-free option.
Come back ready
After the stream, you can review the session and see how viewers took part. Your tools and layouts will still be there when you return.

GRiMbot helps you prepare the parts of your stream that viewers will see and use. You can organize your media, update your Twitch information, and create commands for your community.
Keep your media ready for the next moment
The Media Library keeps everything you play on stream in one place. Video clips and GIFs sit beside your sounds and walk-ons. Every item has its own volume setting and preview button. You can also decide where it will appear on the stream.
Once you add something to the library, it becomes available throughout GRiMbot. A chat command or channel point reward can play it. Button Box and plugins can use it too.
Bring online media straight into your library
You can paste a link from GIPHY, ViralMemeClips, or Blerp into the Add Media window. GRiMbot retrieves the media and fills in its name for you. It then places the new item in the correct part of your library.
The same window also accepts files from your computer. You can review the name before you save anything. The new item will be ready to use as soon as the import finishes.
Prepare Twitch without leaving GRiMbOS
Stream Setup lets you change the information that viewers see on Twitch. It covers your title and game category. It also handles tags and content labels. The same controls remain available if your plans change during the broadcast.
You do not need to open the Twitch Creator Dashboard for these changes. You can update the channel in GRiMbOS and return to your stream.
Turn chat commands into real production controls
A custom command can do more than post a chat reply. It can play media, control OBS, or update a counter. You can also combine several actions and have GRiMbot run them in order.
You decide who can use each command. The built-in test button lets you check the result before your stream begins. Commands use the same actions that are available to Button Box and channel point rewards.

File Browser
The File Browser keeps all of your media organized. It handles video files and audio files as well as GIFs. You can create folders and move items between them. You can also rename a file without leaving GRiMbOS.
Chat Overlay
The Chat Overlay can show messages in a vertical feed or a horizontal ticker. You can choose its font and position. You can also filter messages and control how long they remain visible.
Walk-ons and shoutouts
You can welcome a regular viewer with media chosen for that person. When you give another streamer a shoutout, GRiMbot can show a clip from that channel on your overlay.
Groups
Groups give you control over who can use a command. Access can follow a Twitch role or a list of viewer names. You can also create your own group for a specific part of the community.
Polls, predictions, and ads
You can run Twitch polls and predictions from GRiMbOS. When you need an ad break, you can start one from the same Stream menu.
Live Dashboard and schedule
The Live Dashboard shows what is happening during your current broadcast. The Calendar and Schedule apps keep track of your upcoming stream dates and plans.
Community profiles and emotes
Community profiles give you a place to keep private notes about your viewers. GRiMbot also records the emotes used in your channel and shows how participation changes over time.
Streaks and favorite streamers
Streaks recognize viewers who keep returning to your stream. You can also prepare a custom greeting for streamers who regularly spend time with your community.
Moderation
GRiMbOS includes the moderation controls you need while live. You can issue a timeout or ban and manage your VIPs and moderators from the same screen.

GRiMbot can handle much more than basic chat commands. You can design a complete overlay, control the show from a phone or tablet, and decide what happens when viewers interact with your channel.
Build the complete on-stream layout
The Layout Editor shows a full 1920 by 1080 preview of your stream. You can move and resize every item while seeing exactly where it will appear in OBS. You can also decide which items should appear in front of the others.
A layout can show chat and Twitch alerts. It can also play walk-ons and other media. Counters and Spotify information can share the same screen. The gaming layout shown here contains thirteen objects and six live widgets. OBS loads the entire layout through one browser source.
Turn a phone or tablet into your stream controller
You can build a Button Box for the controls you use while live. Open it in a browser on your phone or tablet, and it becomes a control panel for GRiMbot. The Media Clips box shown here has thirty buttons that are ready for the stream.
Each button can play media or change an OBS scene. It can update a counter or send a chat message. A button can also run several actions in sequence. You can create a different Button Box for each type of show and customize every button.
Put a Twitch clip on stream when the moment calls for it
The Twitch Clips window collects clips from your channel. You can mark your favorites and play any clip directly on your stream overlay. Filters help you find a recent clip or return to one that you saved earlier.
GRiMbot can also create a new clip while you are live. Your clip collection will still be available when you return for the next stream.
Give channel point rewards something meaningful to do
GRiMbot lets you create a Twitch channel point reward and choose exactly what happens when someone redeems it. The reward can play a clip, request a song, or trigger an AI response. It can also run a longer sequence of actions.
You can limit a reward to the game it was made for. This keeps a BeamNG reward from appearing during a flight stream. The test button lets you check the result before viewers spend their points.
Recognize the viewers who spend time with you
Chat activity does not tell you who stayed and watched quietly. Lurkers records the time each viewer spent in a broadcast, even when that person never typed a message. It also awards lurk points for that time.
You can compare the current stream with the all-time totals. The presence timeline shows when each viewer was there. This gives quiet members of your community the recognition they deserve.
More ways to build on the show
Custom Counters
A custom counter can track anything that matters during your stream. Chat commands and Button Box controls can update the same number that viewers see on the overlay.
Custom Lists
Custom Lists can hold a queue, scoreboard, or viewer list. You can place the finished list anywhere in a saved overlay layout.
Channel Analytics
Channel Analytics records what happened during each broadcast. Viewer graphs and session timelines show how the night developed. Emote records and channel activity give you more information before you plan the next show.
Event Alerts and Bot Overlay
You can give each Twitch event its own response. A new follow can run one action while a subscription runs another. Raids and cheers can use different media based on their size. You can also create a separate response for the first chat messages of the stream.
Opening Chat and Bot Messages
Opening Chat can recognize the first people who speak during each stream. Bot Messages can post useful information when the conversation slows down.
Overlay Browser
The Overlay Browser manages the layouts you have saved and provides the address that OBS needs. Chat and counters can update without reloading the browser source. The same is true for custom lists and event cards.
Raid Tracking and sessions
Raid Tracking records every incoming raid. It shows which viewers probably arrived with the raid and how long they stayed afterward.
Event Emulator
The Event Emulator lets you test Twitch events before you go live. You can confirm that your overlay reacts correctly. You can also check the media and speech tied to a follow or subscription. The same test is available for raids and channel point redemptions.
Optional plugins
Add the tools that belong on your channel.
The main GRiMbot installation gives you everything described above. Optional plugins connect it to other services and add tools for specific types of streams. You only need to install the plugins that you plan to use.
Choose the tools that fit your channel
GRiMbot does not require any plugins to run your stream. Optional plugins connect services and add games that make sense for your channel. You do not have to install tools that you will never use.
You can install a plugin from the Add/Remove Plugins window. Its apps will appear in GRiMbOS after installation. You can remove the plugin later if you no longer need it.
Voice Recognition
Voice Recognition listens for commands through the Handy desktop agent. You can change an OBS scene or start an action sequence without taking your hands away from the game.
AI Integration
AI Integration lets you write a personality for GRiMbot. It works with OpenAI and OpenRouter. It also supports Ollama and other compatible providers. GRiMbot can then remember members. It can respond to mentions and commands as well as channel point rewards.
Spotify Integration
Spotify Integration accepts song requests by title or artist. Viewers can also provide a Spotify or YouTube link. Members can have their own playlists. Moderators can control playback and volume while the stream is live.
OBS Integration
OBS Integration can change scenes and control the sources inside them. It can also update text that appears on stream. These controls can be added to chat commands, channel point rewards, and Button Box buttons.
Discord Integration
Discord Integration can post an announcement when you go live. It can also send Twitch links to a review channel and publish messages that you write. If you use AI Integration, the GRiMbot personality can answer Discord mentions.
MSFS Integration
MSFS Integration brings Microsoft Flight Simulator data into your broadcast. It can show your route and weather on the overlay. It also records landing results and runs prediction contests for viewers.
ATS Integration
ATS Integration reads your current job and truck information from American Truck Simulator or Euro Truck Simulator 2. Viewers can follow your fuel, damage, and expected arrival time through the overlay or chat.
Streamer.bot Integration
Streamer.bot Integration connects GRiMbot to Speaker.bot for text-to-speech. It can save spoken nicknames for members and read Twitch alerts aloud. It also passes clip links into GRiMbot media actions.
StreamElements Integration
StreamElements Integration imports the loyalty points, watch time, and activity records that your community has already earned. Long-time members can keep their existing history when you move to GRiMbot.
Games Integration
Games Integration adds a shared progression system for chat games. Members can earn experience and currency. They can keep an inventory and use a skill tree. The member market lets them trade with each other. You can install each game separately.
Optional
Chat game DLC
The chat games used on Grim Games Live are optional packs for Games Integration. Every pack uses the same member economy and experience system. Players keep one inventory and skill tree across the installed games. You can enable the games that make sense for your stream.
