Munchies

Munchies is an item pack. It is not a table game. It adds snacks for XP and two pieces of gear that change other games.

!eat <item> and !drink <item> spend a shop snack or drink for Experience Points. Both commands need the item name.

Mason Jar raises stash capacity by 3 oz while owned. Up to five stack on top of the base 3 oz. Roach Clip gives two extra !puff turns in every Joint Session. Equipment works by being owned. There is nothing to toggle.

Snack limit is two regular snacks every 20 minutes. Edible limit is one THC edible every 20 minutes. Those counters are separate.
