Pass the bong, don't choke, and try not to be the one who times out. Subs, VIPs, and mods can load a round; everyone else jumps in during the lobby. Win Green Buds, climb the leaderboard, and help keep the shared piece clean enough for the next session.
How it works
A subscriber, VIP, or moderator starts things with !loadbong. They need a Bong in inventory and at least 1 Green Bud. Chat then gets 30 seconds to join — say anything in that window and you're in.
When the lobby closes, that Green Bud is spent and turns begin. The current holder must pass with !bonghit. You can also type any message with the word bong in it, which helps when Twitch blocks duplicate commands.
Every pass adds 5% dirty to the shared bong. Miss your turn and you're out. Last player standing takes the win and shows up on !bongleaders.
The bong has a cleanliness meter from 0% (filthy) to 100% (spotless). If it hits 100% dirty during a round, that game still finishes. After it ends, someone has to scrub the bong back to 50% clean or better before the next !loadbong can fire.
Clean the Bong
This is the chill side game that keeps the main event running. The bong belongs to the whole chat, and every hit makes it dirtier. When it gets too grimy, nobody can start a new round until the crew cleans up.
Anyone can run !cleanbong at any time. You do not need to be in an active game. Each clean scrubs 20% dirty off the meter and uses one charge from a Cleaning Kit in your inventory. Kits come with 10 uses and stack if you buy more.
There is a catch: one clean per hour per person. Plan your scrub, don't spam it, and coordinate with chat if the bong is stuck below 50% clean.
Use !bongstatus to see where the meter sits before you load or clean. If you see a message that the bong needs cleaning, that's your cue to grab a kit from the GRiMs Goodies and do your part. A cleaner bong means more games for everyone.

Tips to win and have fun
Jump in when you see a lobby open. Thirty seconds goes fast, and all it takes is one message to get a seat at the table.
Stay locked in when it's your turn. GRiMbot calls out the holder in chat. Have !bonghit ready, or get creative with a bong word pass if Twitch gets fussy.
Peek at !bongstatus before someone loads. Starting on a filthy bong just wastes a Green Bud and kills the vibe for the room.
Grab a Cleaning Kit even if you mostly play the pass game. One scrub an hour sounds small, but a few regular cleaners keep the stream rolling all night.
